Boeing 727-100 Vista Liners
The Boeing 727 is a mid-size, narrow-body, three-engine
commercial jet airliner. The 727's fuselage has an outer diameter of 148
inches (3.8 m).[1] This allows six-abreast seating (three per side) and
a single central access walkway when coach-class (18 inch width) seats are
installed. The first Boeing 727 flew in 1963 and for over a decade it was
the most produced commercial jet airliner in the world. A total of 1,831
727s were delivered. The 727's sales record for the most jet airliners ever
sold was broken in the early 1990s by its younger stablemate, the Boeing
737. In November 2007, there were a total of 76 Boeing 727-100 aircraft
and 356 727-200 aircraft in airline service. This plane comes with a custom
2-D panel and No VC Included. A customized Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7R sounset

Boeing 737-200
The 737-200 is the second production models of the world's
most successful jet airliner family. The 737 was conceived as a short range
small capacity airliner to round out the Boeing jet airliner family beneath
the 727, 720 and 707. Announced in February 1965, the 737 was originally
envisioned as a 60 to 85 seater, although following consultation with launch
customer Lufthansa, a 100 seat design was settled upon. Design features
included two underwing mounted turbofans and 60% structural and systems
commonality with the 727, including the same fuselage cross section. The
737-100 made its first flight on April 9 1967 and entered service in February
1968. By this time however development of the larger capacity 1.93m (6ft
4in) stretched 737-200 was well advanced, and the first 737-200 flew for
the first time on August 8 1967. Developments of the 200 include the 200C
convertible and quick change 200QC, while an unprepared airfield kit was
also offered. The definitive Advanced 737-200 appeared in 1971, featuring
minor aerodynamic refinements and other improvements. Sales of the 737-200
far exceeded that of the shorter 100 and the 737-200 remained in production
until 1988, by which time it had been superseded by the improved 737-300.
This file includs American Airlines, Southwest Airlines (Canyon Blue) &
United Airlines liveries. PSPanels freeware 737-200 panel and custom 737-200
panel by Pablo Contouris are included as well as the excellent Christoffer
Peterson 737 P&W JT8-D "The Real Deal" soundset for authenticity.

Boeing 737-700 Southwest Airlines Liveries Package
The 737 was born out of Boeing's need to field a competitor
in the short-range, small capacity jetliner market which had been opened
up by the BAC 1-11 and the Douglas DC-9. Boeing was badly behind however
when the 737 program was initiated in 1964, as both of these rivals were
already into their flight certification programmes. The 737 was cheaper
and quicker to design, featuring six-abreast seating compared to the 1-11
and DC-9's five-abreast layout.By the 1990s, the 737 had lost ground technologically
to the newer Airbus A320. In 1993, Boeing initiated the 737-X or Next Generation
(NG) program. The Next-Generation 737 encompasses the -600, -700, -800 and
-900, and amounted to a complete redesign of the 30-year old airliner. The
737NG is an entirely new aircraft, sharing very little with previous 737s,
other than fuselage frames. New wings, new avionics and revised engines
were the biggest engineering changes. The 737 was given a glass cockpit
with CRT screens (except the -900, which had newer and higher tech LCD screens)
and digital systems inspired by the ones that were used on the 777. The
parts count is down by about 33%, reducing weight and simplifying maintenance.
Additional changes since its introduction include a new interior and performance
enhancing winglets which reduce fuel consumption and improve take-off and
climb performance. All textures have been modified in DXT-3 format for crisp
visuals without comprimising frame rates. Includes the default FS-X Boeing
737 panel. 737 Version2 "The Real Deal" soundset by Chrostoffer
Petersen have been included. No VC Included. This package includes Southwest
Airlines liveries (Canyon Blue, Maryland One, Nevada One, Old Color &
Shamu). AirTran & Continental Airlines liveries added as a bonus.

Boeing 777-200ER
The Boeing 777 is a long-range, wide-body twin-engine airliner
built by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The world's largest twinjet and commonly
referred to as the "Triple Seven", it can carry between 283 and
368 passengers in a three-class configuration and has a range from 5,235
to 9,450 nautical miles (9,695 to 17,500 km). Distinguishing features of
the 777 include the six wheels on each main landing gear, its circular fuselage
cross section, the largest diameter turbofan engines of any aircraft, the
pronounced "neck" aft of the flight deck, and the blade-like tail
cone. As of June 2008, 56 customers have placed orders for 1,084 777s.[1]
Direct market competitors to the 777 are the Airbus A330-300, A340, and
some variants of the A350 XWB, which is currently under development. The
777 may eventually be replaced by a new product family, the Boeing Y3, which
would draw upon technologies from the 787. This plane, British Airways Union
Jack Livery, has an included panel and a custom 777 RR-Trent 884 soundset
by Christoffer Petersen. No VC Included. For FSX only!

Boeing B-52D & G Stratofortress
The Boeing B-52 Stratofortress is a long-range, subsonic,
jet-powered, strategic bomber operated by the United States Air Force (USAF)
since 1955.Beginning with the successful contract bid on 5 June 1946, the
B-52 went through several design steps; from a straight wing aircraft powered
by six turboprop engines to the final prototype YB-52, with eight turbojet
engines. The aircraft made its first flight on 15 April 1952 with "Tex"
Johnston as pilot. Built to carry nuclear weapons for Cold War-era deterrence
missions, the B-52 Stratofortress replaced the Convair B-36. Although a
veteran of a number of wars, the Stratofortress has dropped only conventional
munitions in actual combat. With the longest unrefueled range of any contemporary
bomber, the B-52 carries up to 70,000 pounds of weapons. The USAF has had
B-52s in active service since 1955, initially with the Strategic Air Command
(SAC), with all aircraft later absorbed into the Air Combat Command (ACC)
following SAC's disestablishment in 1992. Superior performance at high subsonic
speeds and relatively low operating costs have kept the B-52 in service
despite proposals to replace it with the Mach 3 XB-70 Valkyrie, supersonic
B-1B Lancer and stealthy B-2 Spirit. In January 2005, the B-52 became the
second aircraft, after the English Electric Canberra, to mark 50 years of
continuous service with its original primary operator. This aircraft comes
with a custom 2-D panel, No VC included, and a custom soundset by Christoffer
Petersen. For FSX only!

KMHV Mojave Airport
This remote former World War II desert airfield has developed
some very interesting and unusual features. It is a center for civilian
aviation R&D, a major aircraft storage and scrap yard (possibly the
largest nonmilitary one in the country), a busy film site, and is the home
of the National Test Pilot School, the largest civilian test pilot school
in the world. Also located here is Burt Rutan's Scaled Composites company,
where many innovative aircraft designs have been conceived and constructed.
Mojave Airport is also where many commercial carriers store surplus or otherwise
in- limbo airliners. There are currently around 90 airplanes waiting to
be sold, repaired or reused here, including several 747s. This file recreates
the boneyard at KMHV Mojave. For FSX Only!

Lockheed L-049A Constellation
High Flight Simulations is pleased to introduce the Lockheed
Constellation L-049A. This version is modified for FSX SP/2 Acceleration
compatibility. The Lockheed L-049 Constellation was one of the most graceful
airliners placed in service between the end of World War II in 1945 and
the advent of the commercial jet age in the mid-1950s. With its long, sinuous
fuselage and gently tapered, upswept wings, the sleek Constellation suggested
a seagull in flight. This package includes the complete aircraft with everything
you need to start flying. A 2-D Panel with modern radios for easier navigation
and a customized sound set are included. Customized gauges. There is no
VC available. Liveries (in DXT3 Format) include Air France, BOAC, Braniff,
Capitol, Delta Airlines, KLM, L' Air Azur, Pan American Airways, Quantis
Empire, TWA (Pre 1950's) & TWA (White). This aircraft will work in all
versions of FSX, but has not been tested on DirectX10. The Lockheed Constellation
v1.1 was recently featured in PC Pilot Magazine Winter Special Edition and
was awarded the FlightSim.com Design of the Month Award in January, 2007.

McDonnell Douglas DC-9-30
The McDonnell Douglas DC-9 (initially known as the Douglas
DC-9) is a twin-engine, single-aisle jet airliner. It was first manufactured
in 1965 with its first flight later that year. The DC-9 was designed for
frequent, short flights. The final DC-9 was delivered in October 1982. The
DC-9 was followed in subsequent modified forms by the MD-80, MD-90 and Boeing
717. With the final two deliveries of the 717 on May 23, 2006, production
of the DC-9 aircraft family ceased after 41 years.Douglas launched the DC-9
development project in April 1963, intending the DC-9 as a short-range companion
to their larger four engined DC-8. Unlike the competing but slightly larger
Boeing 727, which used as many 707 components as possible, the DC-9 was
an all-new design. The DC-9 features two rear fuselage-mounted Pratt &
Whitney JT8D turbofan engines, small, highly efficient wings, and a T-tail.
In most configurations, DC-9 aircraft have distinctive 5-abreast seating
in coach class. The airplane seats 80 to 135 passengers depending on version
and seating arrangement. The DC-9 is one of the longest-lasting aircraft
in operation. The DC-9's reputation for reliability and efficiency drove
strong sales of its successors well into the 2000s. The DC-9 family is one
of the most successful jet airliners with a total of over 2,400 units produced;
it ranks third behind the second place Airbus A320 family with over 3,000
produced, and the first place Boeing 737 with over 5,000 produced. This
plane comes with a custom 2-D panel, No VC Included, and a custom Pratt
& Whitney JT8D soundset by Steven Persson for realism. Liveries include
Continental (Old Colors), Delta Airlines, Eastern Airlines, North Central
Airlines, and Scandanavian Airlines. For FSX only!

McDonnell Douglas MD-83
The MD-80 series is a mid-size, medium-range airliner that
was introduced in 1980. The design was the second generation of the DC-9
with two rear fuselage-mounted turbofan engines, small, highly efficient
wings, and a T-tail. The aircraft has a distinctive 5-abreast seating in
coach class. It was a lengthened DC-9-50 with a higher maximum take-off
weight (MTOW) and the ability to carry more fuel. The airplane series was
designed for frequent, short-haul flights for 130 to 172 passengers depending
on plane version and seating arrangement. An Alitalia MD-82 flies overhead
shortly after take offThe development of MD-80 series began in the 1970s
as a growth version of the DC-9 Series 50. Availability of new Pratt &
Whitney JT8D higher bypass engines drove early studies including designs
known as Series 55, Series 50 (Re-fanned Super Stretch), and Series 60.
The design effort focused on the Series 55 in August 1977. With the projected
entry into service in 1980, the design was marketed as the "DC-9 Series
80". Swissair launched the Series 80 in October 1977 with an order
for 15 plus an option for five. The Series 80 featured a fuselage 14 feet
3 in (4.34 m) longer than the DC-9-50. The DC-9 wings were redesigned by
adding sections at the wing root and tip for a 28% larger wing. The initial
Series 80 first flew October 19, 1979. This plane comes with a custom 2-D
panel, No VC Included, and a custom Pratt & Whitney JT8D soundset by
Steven Persson for realism. Liveries include Alaska Airlines & American
Airlines. For FSX only!

Rockwell Commander 560
The Aero Commander 500 is the first in a series of light
twin-engined aircraft originally built by the Aero Design and Engineering
Company in the late 1940s. It later became the Aero Commander division of
Rockwell International. The initial production version was the Aero Commander
520. Versions manufactured after 1967 are known as the Shrike Commander.
The idea for the type was conceived by two Douglas Aircraft Company workers,
who went on to form the Aero company in 1944. The company's first prototype
flew on April 23, 1948. That aircraft was named the Aero Commander Model
L3085. The aircraft accommodated up to five people and was powered by two
piston engines. It was an all-metal high-wing monoplane with retractable
undercarriage. The prototype flew successfully and the company obtained
finance to build a new factory at Bethany near Oklahoma City to build a
production version named the Commander 520. The first production aircraft
was rolled out of the new factory in August 1951.
The Model 560 is the Model 520 with swept tail, increased
take-off weight, seven seats and more powerful engines (two Lycoming GO-480B
engines) and refined wing. This plane comes with a custom 2-D panel,nO VC
is included, and a custom soundset by Aaron R. Swindle. For FSX only!
